This Policy forms part and parcel of the Terms of Use for the LinePe Services.

The App/Site provides: (i) a receipt upload rewards program where users can upload receipts to earn reward points, (ii) bill payment services through the Bharat Connect (BBPS) network, and (iii) the ability to use reward points along with cash for bill payments (collectively, "Services").

By accessing the Site, App, or otherwise using the LinePe Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of the personal information you provide for any of the services that we offer.

Information Supplied by Users

To avail of certain Services on the LinePe App, Users are required to provide certain personal information which may include:

Name, email address, and phone number
User's photograph/image for profile
Device IP address, geo-location, IMEI, hardware and software information
KYC details (Aadhaar, PAN) as required for certain services
Camera access for uploading invoice photographs

Receipt Data Collection

When you use our Receipt Upload Rewards feature, we collect:

Receipt Images: Photographs of receipts you upload for verification and reward points.
Receipt Details: Information extracted from receipts including merchant name, date, amount, and items (where applicable).
Metadata: Time of upload, device information, and location (if enabled).

This data is used to:

Verify the authenticity of uploaded receipts
Calculate and credit reward points
Prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions

Bill Payment Data

When you use our bill payment services via BBPS, we collect:

Reward Points Records: We maintain records of all reward points earned, redeemed, and balance in our secure cloud database.
